We want you to be fully confident when subscribing to URLZone. This policy explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and exactly what to expect.

Refund & Cancellation Policy — URLZone by Soft24 Technologies

URLZone is a product developed and operated by Soft24 Technologies. All subscription payments, billing operations, and refund processing are carried out exclusively by Soft24 Technologies. 1 Refund Eligibility

Soft24 Technologies offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time paid subscriptions to URLZone (Pro and Business plans), subject to the conditions below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with URLZone within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. The 7-day window starts from the date of the first successful payment on your account.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Within 7 days: The refund request must be raised within 7 calendar days of the first paid charge on your account.
  • First charge only: The money-back guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription only; it does not apply to subsequent renewal charges.
  • Account in good standing: The account must not have been suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
  • Not previously refunded: A refund under this policy has not previously been issued to the same account or payment method.
  • Valid request: The request is submitted via our support portal or at support@urlzone.in within the eligible window.
Annual plans: Refund requests for annual subscriptions are considered within the same 7-day window from the date of the first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for unused months of an annual prepayment.
2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After the 7-day window: Charges that are more than 7 calendar days old are not eligible for refund, except where required by applicable Indian law.
  • After significant service usage: Where paid features have been substantially used during the guarantee window (e.g., large-scale API calls, bulk link creation significantly exceeding Free plan quotas), Soft24 Technologies reserves the right to decline or prorate a refund.
  • Renewal charges: Automatic subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Partial billing period: No pro-rata refunds are issued when downgrading mid-cycle. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
  • Free plan: The Free plan involves no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
  • Fraudulent or repeat refund requests: Accounts found to have requested refunds fraudulently or repeatedly may be declined and reported to relevant authorities.
  • Policy violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.
3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps within the 7-day eligibility window:

    Submit your request Raise a support ticket at the URLZone Support Centre or email support@urlzone.in with the subject line: “Refund Request — [your registered email address]”.

    Provide payment details Include your registered email address, transaction reference or invoice number, date of payment, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request.
  • 3
    Eligibility review Our support team will verify your request against the eligibility criteria. We aim to respond within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity or payment details.
  • 4
    Refund initiation Once approved, Soft24 Technologies will initiate the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
  • 5
    Credit to your account The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4 Refund Mode & Processing Time
All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Soft24 Technologies does not issue refunds as wallet credits, vouchers, or via any alternative payment channel.

The following timelines apply once a refund is approved and initiated by Soft24 Technologies:

Processing times are indicative and begin from the date Soft24 Technologies initiates the refund. Actual credit may take up to 2 additional working days depending on your bank’s internal processing schedule.

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@urlzone.in with your transaction reference number for further investigation.
5 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your URLZone subscription at any time from your account settings — there is no cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made, but your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.   • Monthly plans: Access continues until the end of the current monthly cycle. No refund for the unused portion of the month.
  • Annual plans: Access continues until the end of the annual period already paid for. No refund for unused months (unless within the 7-day guarantee window).
  • Downgrade to Free plan: At period end, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. All links and data are preserved; features revert to Free plan quotas.
  • Account deletion: Permanently deleting your account is irreversible and removes all links, analytics, and personal data. See Cancellation Policy for the full comparison.
Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewal charges that have been processed are non-refundable.
6 Service Disruptions & Exceptional Cases

In the event of a significant, verified service disruption that materially affects your ability to use URLZone’s core paid features, Soft24 Technologies will review refund or service credit requests on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard 7-day guarantee window.

  • Extended outages (>24 hours): Verified continuous outages exceeding 24 hours affecting core features may qualify for a prorated service credit at our discretion.
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors will be fully refunded regardless of the 7-day window. Contact us with the duplicate transaction references.
  • Unauthorised charges: If you believe an unauthorised charge has been made on your account, contact us immediately at support@urlzone.in so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Service credits issued under exceptional circumstances are applied to your next billing cycle. They are non-transferable, non-cashable, and expire if the account is cancelled.
